Our program of larger lots, detached garages with optional overhead storage, porte-cocheres, and exciting livable floor plans allows buyers to upgrade certain items and choose customized options based on personal preferences. You decide which features are most important.
Our pricing system is aimed at making the upgrading decisions as easy as possible. Our list base price is the final price. You don’t have to be a great negotiator to get the best price. Our options and upgrades are reasonably priced so that our buyers can afford to personalize their home to suit their needs and wants. However, we feel that our homes, with standard features, provide everything you would expect in a finished home. The changes and upgrades available simply reflect the fact that people's needs and wants will vary.
Eagle Rock Homes will contract to build the home of your dreams for an earnest money deposit of only $500. If you have a home to sell and for some reason it is not sold by the time your new home is finished, your earnest money will be completely refunded. Our experience is that this rarely happens. Even if it does , we have not had much problem selling the completed home to people who don’t have the time to wait for one to be built.
